The bible tells us that unless we become like a child, we will not enter into the Kingdom of heaven.

When I observe the traits of a child, their purity, innocence and eagerness to forgive is something we all could use as adults.

Just as a child is willing to resume to normal activities and behaviours after receiving a scolding from his/her parent - as if nothing happened - so too we must be willing to forgive and move on when we are hurt by those close to us and others around us that plays a role in our lives. Besides this, there is another lesson we can all learn from our children.

Instead of becoming impatient, miserable, upset or angry at their failed efforts such as obeying an instruction, use this time of "the trying of your faith" to bear, grow and develop fruits, by practising to be patient, long-suffering, gentle, kind etc.

Allow trying moments to build and in-still Godly morals, character and good fruits within you - nothing corrupt. If we pay attention to these things and practice it, we will eventually become loving, caring, tender, kind and wise - the best of who we can become. Joy and peace will be ours for as long as we decide by remaining loyal to our discipline. What kind of fruit are you bearing?
