"But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved" ~Matthew 24:13.

The Apostle Paul likens the Christian pathway to a race and whether we believet it or not we are running a daily race. The only difference with this race is that it is a spiritual race not designed for the swift...it's not about who comes first, neither is this race about who is the strongest, but this race is for those who will endure to the end.
Life is fill with challenges and a lot of surprises. It should not take very long for you as an individual to figure out that you must expect the unexpected in order to survive. I am talking about things that may come against you in such a way that you may be challenged to finish your race.
There are so many obstacles before us and so many things that can make us feel weary on our path, but we must never give in. There will come a point in our lives where we will get discouraged on our journey, but just remember this one word....Endurance.
Whenever the devil tries to distract you with fear, discourangement, dissappoint or grief, Endure. Like David, we must come to a place in our lives where we learn to encourage ourselves in the Lord. Remain focus and keep your eyes on your prize that is set before you. Take Jesus for your primary example, He endured the cross and finished His race that was set before Him for you and I. Don't give up, don't give in. Keep running even when it hurts; keep running even when you feel as though you can't. Build your faith muscles and as time goes by you will only get stronger. Giving up is not an option. Run your own race keeping Christ before you always.
Endurance is the ability to endure an unpleasant or difficult process or situation without giving way.
Endurance is the capacity of something to last or to withstand wear and tear. Do you have it? Endure.
"Be not weary in well doing for in due season you will reap if you faint not" ~Gal. 6:9
"For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward His name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise" ~Heb. 6:10,15
"Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise" ~Heb.10:35-36
