I find it alarming the poor choice we sometimes make. It becomes obvious to me that if we are going to get serious about making heaven our home there are a lot more things we are going to need to do from our part. We have already established that this fight is a spiritual fight and that we are in a war from last weeks series so as I reflect on poor choices only one thing becomes clear to me.

The bible says, "if your right hand offend you cut it off". As believers with heaven in sight we must guard or protect our spirits loyally and painstakingly. At some point or another, we need to come to the place in our lives where we learn how to make conscious and radical decisions without the intervention of another.

So if you find that worry zaps the energy from you, cut it off! If anxiety cause you to be in the way of God, cut it off! If fear cuts the connection between you and God, cut it off! If doubt interrupts your relationship with him, cut it off! What ever it is that will come between you and God make the conscious decision today to cut it off. Get rid of it. Remove everything that may interrupt and disrupt your peace. Cut them all off in the name of Jesus. You have nothing to lose but only to gain. Take a firm stand for Christ today and become sick and tired of being sick and tired. Only then you will produce positive results. Will someone stand with me for Christ today? Cut off the bad ways, cut off the bad attitude, cut off stubbornness rebellion and pride. Cut off everything that does not represent Christ in the name of Jesus. Cut off anger, cut off unforgiveness, cut off bitterness, cut off hatred, cut off negativity. Say no to the devil and yes to God. The decision is yours, the choice is yours. God is far more precious to please than anyone or anything else. Make a radical decision and cut it off!
