It is amazing how life can dish us surprises and still we are left in the midst to choose wisely our path to destiny. When God made Adam, or man on whole, he gave us the power of a free will which is the power to choose freely that which we desire. That power has not been taken from us but the sad thing is, many of us do not know how to utilize this gift as it can be very difficult to make the right choice or the right decision at all times. While we may not be forced to choose, we must bear in mind that our choices are not alwaysthe right ones. God died on the cross for us many many ears agao, but still he forces no one to accept him. He came for the "whosoever will". He came to show us the way but he forces himself on no one. With that being said, there is a consequence for every action and our life is what it is today because of the choices we have made. Our choices will either work for us or against us.My carreer came as a result of choice, the friends I keep are a result of choice. My first daughter died, but I am still in my right mind, because of my choice to accept God's will. I can choose to allow things to stress me or I can choose to learn from them. I can choose to cave in and crumble under the pressure or I can use soar high in God above my troubles. I can choose to give up or go under, or I can choose to rise victouriously from the pit i'm in. I can turn to God with my struggles or I can turn to alchol or violence in my pain. I can choose to become better or I can choose to allow things to turn me into something I am not. I can choose to hold on to God's truth about me or I can choose to accept the devil's lies.Have you ever stop to ponder the results of the same or similar events with different persons and the different results produced? Two females may be brutally raped, one gets out of her right mind while the other overcomes, using her experience to support and counsel others. Two couples marriage may fail. the partner of one commits suicide while the partner of the other rises to being stronger and wiser than before. Two men may witness their family being murdered, one lives to tell the tale while the other ends up in prison. The same situations, but different results. We are what we are by choice and the power lies within your hands. Choose wisely.
