Many persons have a heart for God and they are willing to give to him but their motive becomes sold to 'when I'm blessed'. If you want to do something great for God, if you really want to get his attention, don't wait until you become rich to do your best, give to God what you have now.

Remember the story in Luke 21 about the widow? The bible tells us that when it was time for the collecting of the offering, Jesus began to watch the offering plate. Rich men gave a lot of money out of their abundance while this little widow only gave two mites. Well guess what? Out of all the giving that went down in that sanctuary, it was the widow who got Jesus'attention.

It's never always about the amount...or how much you can do for God, but it's about the sacrifice that lies behind the act.

If you want to get God's attention, don't wait until you have a lot before you give a portion, give now out of the little you possess. Your sacrifice won't go unnoticed. Happy Monday.
